The new initiative aims to provide customers with a more convenient, personalized, and premium experience that meets the busy needs and demands of their lives. Collaborating cross functionally, we were responsible for developing the brand and creative for launch. It included creating the brand identity, guidelines, PR video, and all digital marketing tactics.
